Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the continental United States (i.e., the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents of Creative Minds Wear or its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Entry Period. The contest begins on October 25th and ends on November 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the end of the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter. During the Entry Period, participants must complete the Instant Form (or landing-page form) by providing a valid email address and consent to subscribe to the Creative Minds Wear email list. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prize. One (1) winner will receive a 100% off discount code valid for one graphic tee from Creative Minds Wear (store-wide across graphic tees), plus free standard shipping. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Creative Minds Wear reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection & Notification. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within 5 business days of the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected at the sponsor’s discretion.
Publicity. By entering the contest, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by Creative Minds Wear without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Data and Email List. By participating, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Creative Minds Wear. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Creative Minds Wear will collect participants’ email addresses for this purpose and will comply with applicable data-protection and privacy laws.
General Conditions. Creative Minds Wear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Creative Minds Wear and Meta (and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, etc.) from any liability arising from participation in the contest or receipt/use of any prize.
